Dewayne Corvin

Dewayne Corvin

Dewayne is the CEO of Decor and is a second-generation owner, taking over the reins from his father who founded the company. DeWayne has over 30 years' experience in the roofing industry and has served on the board of directors for the National Roofing Contractors Association. He is responsible for daily operations and oversight of job assignments. Generates sales and leads through various networking functions.

Taylor Howell

Taylor Howell

Taylor is a third-generation Property Administrator with extensive experience coordinating the operations of investment properties. She oversees all corporate insurance matters and manages the clerical processes associated with them. Taylor is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Oklahoma, holds certifications in home design, and has an associate's degree in marketing. In addition to her administrative expertise, Taylor manages all billing functions and oversees collection efforts. She is responsible for preparing and coding invoices to accounts receivable, as well as processing and booking all incoming invoices.

Robert McMurtry

Bob is a Project Manager who oversees assigned construction projects from start to finish. Responsible for daily scheduling of trades and other tasks required to complete assigned jobs. Bob performs job estimating duties and communicates with clients from start to finish on assigned jobs.

Cole Corvin

Cole Corvin

Cole is a third-generation Decor employee. Cole serves as a Project Manager and oversees assigned projects from the initial estimated phase through completion. Cole has a degree from Oklahoma State University in Construction Management and is also a licensed insurance adjuster. Cole is particularly skilled in utilizing Xactimate and working directly with your insurance company. Cole started work with Décor as a teenager and continues to excel today.

Kyle has an MBA and is a graduate from the University of Tulsa majoring in Finance. Kyle oversees preparation of financial statements and coordinates daily work of all clerical and administrative roles. Kyle has served in an executive management role throughout his career with over 30 years of experience.

Josh coordinates all sales and marketing activities. Represents company at various networking functions and assists in job bidding and estimating for residential and commercial roofing projects. Josh manages subcontractors and other roofing crews to ensure jobs are timely scheduled and completed on time.

Tim is Decor's Roofing Superintendent and oversees all commercial roofing projects. Tim manages subcontractors and other roofing crews to ensure jobs are timely scheduled and completed on time. Tim specializes in TPO roofs and has over 20 years of experience here at Decor.
